Doesn't matter what AG Barr said, it's what he did. Here are the facts. The Federal Bureau of Prisons is directly under the control of Department of Justice. Barr's family has a link with Epstein. There was at least one unsuccessfull attempt at Epsteins life during his incarceration. I haven't heard of anything Barr did to protect a high-value witness after that failed attempt.
No billionaire would kill themselves in the face of such charges. Of course there's rumors that a lot of Epstein's wealth was faked (or bribed), but the fact remains that he had access to vast sums of money and resources either way. Even if he were to spend the rest of his life in prison, he could have paid off guards and other prisoners to leave him alone, and probably bribe his way to better conditions. He would have lived like a king in prison. And that's if he went to prison at all. We all know why he was killed though, because of people like Bill.
