I actually am starting to think he/they should be charged with murder. How many times does a person have to say I can't breathe before you lighten the fuck up?

Why was the victim being arrested in the first place?

I think it was a report of drunk and disorderly or something. Suspect was "combative". Video doesn't cover the first part. Just the neck crush.

There was reports of attempted forgery. When police arrived, the man was in his car. They asked him to step out, he did. They attempted to arrest him, he resisted. No weapons were used, none of the officers were injured.

They finally got cuffs on him, then his murderer pinned him to the ground by his neck for about 10 minutes. The first couple minutes the man was gasping for air and saying he couldn't breathe. Then he stopped moving. The pig (this is a pig, not a cop) kept his knee on the deceased's neck.

Then the Minneapolis PD tried to claim the man "died on the way to the hospital from a medical issue".

I hope these pigs rot in prison. Pigs like this are the reason many people are wary of all cops.

There was no reason for what that cop did. If the guy was resisting, step back and pull out the taser.
