I hate how they say it doesn’t happen. It does, we just do not know the frequency. This judge swung elections where the vote totals were on the small side.

Isn't it amazing in an infinite universe where anything can happen, there is just one thing that never happened and never will and we are absolutely certain of that. That my friends is evidence of a cover up.
