What's the best streaming service to use to post short video clips in thedonald.win? Anything that actually embeddeds the videos in the feed other the youtube?

I'm trying to post an mp3 clip from that guy who called out the idiot TV reporter's cameraman for not wearing a mask, but I want to embed it in the feed so people here don't have to click the link to view it. Is there any other service other than youtube that allows this?
