I don’t get how on reddit every single person seems to be claiming they didn’t get unemployment benefits or their stimulus check when I didn’t even interest myself in the stimulus check and had it deposited to my account on day one, and everyone I know who did file for unemployment also already has been long receiving the benefits.
Even my parents, who file taxes by mail ever year, got their stimulus checks long ago.
I have a feeling those claiming they didn’t get their checks are either lying, not Americans, or don’t qualify for benefits because they never work.
