I lay awake at night because I dont have a fucking gym to go to. I probably could have worked out other ways, but I like to lift, and losing that sucked away my motivation. The gym is my ADHD/anxiety/insomnia/depression medication. I've had issues with all and have taken meds for all, but for years have only used the gym and it's worked better than any medicine ever has. I want my fucking gym back.

Snoop, you are the antithesis of the authors concern. Hopefully you are not in one of the communist states of america and the gyms will open soon!

Can you do a one arm pushup? Pullup? One leg squat? No? Then you dont need to go to the gym. You have plenty of resistance to keep you busy for the next few months. If yes, then just do more haha.

Yeah, but bodyweight exercises are lame and boring. I'd rather be fat then do those. Luckily I have been building my own home gym over the years, so I don't have to worry about it.
