Question=From what I have read the report said she suffered from a unknown heart arrhythmia got dizzy and fell.So how do you diagnose that after death?

I read the autopsy report someone posted here. It mentioned a brain bleed and fractured skull. I didn't see anything about a heart condition.
Allegedly her heart condition is what made her pass out and hit her head on a desk in the first place.
