I thought the lockdown was the most absurd thing ever, but now its all the branch covidian coworkers and friends and family members that seem to be getting high off the fear porn and control that is mind boggling to me. Like people who seemed completely level headed just paralyzed in fear over this. I'll honestly never have any respect for most of them again. Its not like I even go trying to debate people or be obnoxious about it, its agree and submit or you are a conspiracy theorist, dangerous nut job. You cant even be middle of the road on it. I saw this petty ignorant shit in iraq and Afghan, I never thought id see it here.
This is exactly how I feel, I can’t even believe what I’m witnessing! I’m so discouraged right now, I don’t think enough people are going to stand up & resist this shit, I swear it’s like they’ve been drugged or hypnotized or something. I think because it’s gone on way too long now & they’ve just gotten perfectly comfy in this nightmare “new normal,” now they won’t even stop when our overlords tell them to. I never thought I could feel this disappointed in my beloved America but I am ashamed. Land of the FREE & home of the BRAVE doesn’t appear to exist anymore, are we going to need a new national anthem?
