The issue is that there is a MASSIVE amount of crime coming from one community. As a result the cops become primed to assume the worse from this one community and expect the worst. Some of them get so used to this animosity that they abuse their power and overstep. This cop seriously overstepped. Its intolerable to not respect the concept of people's basic human rights. That guy should not have been on the job.
