I didn't see him resisting arrest. Granted the moments leading up to the point that he's on the ground with a knee on his neck weren't captured on video but so far, no one has produced evidence that he was resisting arrest. All the video footage shows that he was complying with the police. If anything, the cops were wrong to walk him across the street after having him sit on his butt instead of removing him to the nearest patrol vehicle. The cops made choices too and they were the worse choices.
