Twitter is on the defense now, being exposed as a biased platform being used to impact a Presidential election. It's happening at the right time, looking forward to President Trump's executive order.

No...They went too far. They've been doing this since 2015. We need to make this hurt.

Oh so he's just updating shit on the fly?

It's a joke, he's had four years to implement something like this, 4 years to get it running smoothly and iron out any creases, but no, he rushes it through when an election is on the horizon. So when it 'fucks up' and accidentally censors inconvenient truths he can fall back on the excuse that it's still a new system that isn't perfect yet. Sad.

He knows they stepped in it big time.

I think Trump pushing so hard on the Scarborough thing the past couple weeks was designed to force Twitter to make a mistake like this and he succeeded.

Now the investigations start. Can you imagine what we'll find if they start to subpoena documents from these companies about their practices for limiting speech.

Whether anything ultimately comes of it or not, Trump has now put them on the defensive.

This is basically the CEO admitting that they are a publisher.

He explicitly said that they want a hand in global elections.

The employee he’s talking about is the head of site integrity and enforcing rules at twitter and has a history of toxic tweets against trump, his supporters, Kellyanne Conway as well as what leftists may call “transphobic tweets”

Rules for Radicals: Target people, not Institutions. People hurt faster than Institutions.

Not what anyone wants to be doing, but a weaponized platform is a weaponized publisher. And you have to point it all out.

he's exposed his platform as a publisher with just 3 words " Our Intention is". I see no defense against this.
