Not sure what you're trying to point out here. Yes, the average IQ in East Asia is higher than that of Western Europe. That is a fact backed by statistical evidence. What I am just pondering is where that difference comes from. If we look at poverty stricken African nations on the interior of the continent, it is pretty obvious why average IQ is lower in those nations. Generally, wealth and IQ are positively correlated. But, when you compare the wealth of individuals in East Asia versus Western Europe, it isn't as clear of a comparison; this raises the question of what other factors are at play at creating this difference.
