Yes, some of them are not spies. That's why SOME are staying and SOME are getting expelled and hopefully deported. Most Chinese spy collaborators aren't here, they're back in China.

IP theft is a huge problem. Universities can do without the extra money from foreign students paying high tuition. I would much rather remove too many than too few. We should have started doing this a long time ago.

Or the comparison to the fact that China has a zero tolerance policy on immigration. They barely even allow it to begin with.
