Wow! Good for you. I am on the total opposite end of the education spectrum. Got my degree in General Science at 57, graduated from nursing school at 64. I was not only the oldest student in the class, but the oldest to ever graduate from that school. Moral of the story: you can do a lot of things if you keep plugging away at it :)
You can for sure if you hit the books hard and didn't fuck around. You might still be in your residency, but you would be doctoring in the ER.

It was a medical resident, who are technically doctors, but I don't think have their medical license yet.
They do have licenses. They don't have their certification! Med school -> License -> Residency -> Certification.
