Notice the one with is knees on his back, this is preventing his lungs from filling with air, although the knee to neck is 100% wrong and he should be prosecuted, it is the middle cop and pressure to his back that killed him. I tried it and could breath with knee on back and side of my neck (www.youtube.com)

Does it matter? All three of them touching the man should likely be found guilty of manslaughter at least.

We all admit some of our police are overly militarized and excessively violent. I can't see ANY justification for this man to have been restrained in this fashion for so long.

Usually when cops do that, it's because your spitting at them. A big no no before COVID-1984. They may have been holding him awaiting promt arrival of a spit hood.
