Notice the one with is knees on his back, this is preventing his lungs from filling with air, although the knee to neck is 100% wrong and he should be prosecuted, it is the middle cop and pressure to his back that killed him. I tried it and could breath with knee on back and side of my neck (www.youtube.com)

I don't know. I do know that as a kid, the kid that got squashed, pig piled or sat on, always said they couldn't breathe. Which we all knew was bullshit. I just wonder if he didn't really have a cardiac event that was ignored or unable to be attended to by the police.
