It has no teeth. It’s an EO. What do you expect? It does not strip liability protection. It sometimes about giving 30 days to address censorship complaints or the FCC will look into it. You want something done then gulp the house and we can revisit this conversation.

The order doesn't have enforcement teeth, but it requires the FCC to clarify specifically and exactly what is considered "good faith removal" to qualify for Section 230 protections. Basically, the EO is removing the vagueness loophole on existing legislation if done correctly.
