I suspect this sort of shit is to deliberately drive out stable business owners. When the stable businesses go, the neighborhood quickly turns to shit. Pretty soon you get "white flight" and the area becomes a ghetto. When the area becomes a ghetto, Democrats essentially have it on lock. None of those idiots rioting and looting are ever going to vote against gibmedats, so they'll be good little slaves to 'masa and vote for whoever has that D next to their name until the end of time, never really stopping to think why it is that their situation never really improves.
