If convicted, I do hope Minnesota has the death penalty. This is a good case for it.

They don't, and he won't be charged or convicted of 1st degree murder regardless. Most likely he will face a manslaughter charge, which should result in an easy conviction given the video evidence.

Derek Chauvin is clearly a piece of shit that doesn't deserve to live. Apparently he fired at some guy at close range back in '08.
