It's almost like the full video can supply proper context. Already the full video along with statements put out by firefighters from the Minneapolis Fire Dept. shows that the initial story isn't entirely accurate. Floyd was barely handled by the police and was apparently having medical problems BEFORE he ended up on the ground.
The full video of the Arbery killing shows that Arbery assaulted the guy who eventually shot him and wasn't "ambushed while jogging" as the original story said. Nevermind that the media and the race grievance industry have lied about these sorts of incidents more than once. Mike "Gentle Giant" Brown, Saint Skittles, Rodney King, etc.
Did YOU even read the article or anything I said? When did I mention anything about whether he resisted arrest or not? That is entirely beside the point.
The article states he was "grimacing in pain" when he was handcuffed? In pain just from being handcuffed? Get real.
The cops called for an ambulance BEFORE they even put him on the ground. Now, why do you think they did that? Could it possibly be that they believed he had some kind of medical problem? Perhaps the "trauma to his mouth" had something to do with it, or him slumping over and having to be helped back to his feet, or him falling to the ground on his own?
The article cites the "eight minutes" Officer Chauvin supposedly had his knee on Floyd's neck from the Star Tribune. A firefighter who responded said he got there as Floyd went from "struggling to unresponsive on the ground". Asphyxia-induced unconsciousness in eight minutes? Bullshit. It should take half that time to render someone unconscious by cutting off their trachea. If you occlude a carotid artery it cuts that time down even further. If it took eight minutes of pressure from the cop's knee on his neck to render him unconscious, the dude's either got a neck of steel or the cop wasn't pressing down all that hard to begin with.
To add to it, the dude was not able to be revived during chest compressions after less than 10 minutes when people who have been unconscious for 30 minutes or better have been? The paramedics probably hit him with an AED too. The article also cites that the combined time spent trying to resuscitate him totaled around an hour.
I'd bet money the dude had pre-existing conditions that caused his death.
"An autopsy revealed there were no findings of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation. According to the autopsy, Floyd had underlying health conditions, including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease, which combined with "any potential intoxicants in his system" likely contributed to his death."
