Dude, it's cops versus one single man. It wasn't a street fight, it was the guy being resistant to getting into a car for ten minutes. I work in direct care for the mentally retarded and have to routinely do takedowns on our more violent men. Sometimes, I've held someone down for twenty minutes (our policy to only hold for no longer than twenty minutes), let them back up only for them to act violent towards me again, back to the ground. Longest time I've gone thru these twenty minute cycles for is a straight two and a half hours.

No excuse for these cops. Also, the cop in question has a looooonnngggg rap sheet of excessive force and police brutality. Fuck that guy.
