Use natural or forced instances of alleged racial bias to fire up minorities. Declare the nation is divided and scare everyone else. Deliver candidate who promises to unite us and fix relations. Profit.
When you watch the vids of these Minneapolis rioters, there are as many whites as blacks out there. More of the whites are protesting, more of the blacks are looters.
