No. The correct take is this:

What those individuals did ... speaks negatively about those individuals

No individual is representative of a whole category or group of people.

Meh, I used to think this way too. The actions of way too many officers trampling on the rights of citizens over the last two months has convinced me the job is nothing more than a paycheck and a pension to most cops. They will do as told with no consideration to the oath they swore. They’ve lost a supporter in me. The ones who spoke out were fired which should tell you more than you need to know about where the higher ups in the chain of command sit on the issue as well.

Then you’re prejudiced. We are always and only ever responsible for our own deeds.

If you don’t like the role of police, change their role legally.... but we’ve given them the authority tonojysically enforce the laws created by the people we elected .

You’re probably complicit in some of this by how you’ve voted

Just calling it like I see it. I saw maybe one or two cops publicly speak out against the blatant violation of rights/constitution. They were fired. Tells you all you need to know.

Fuck... if I was a cop, I’d hide.... don’t bring any attention to yourself. You might have someone randomly walk up and shoot you the way that it was happening under Obama. No one cares if you’re “down with the cause” or a “woke brother”. They just see the badge.... doubtful they saw your YouTube video or known that you work with big brothers big sisters .
