meh

this is the same joke as saying "and that person, albert einstein", or "and then undertaker threw mankind 30 feet down during hell in a cell".

its a joke. get over it.

if you want to call him a hypocrite that they pretend that this is a serious thing, but then the joke shows their true feelings that its not about the virus at all its just about power - that's a fair criticism. the ol gaffe of accidentally giving away the truth, that this IS a laughing matter and shouldn't be taken so serious.

but don't get all uptight about a joke, when really, most of what they are doing/saying like wearing gloves at a press conference - that's a joke.

I don’t know man. I think a comedian at a press conference was in bad form as what does he really have to add to the discussion of something that is way above anyone in Hollywood’s head. So it’s fair to say that he should know better than to repeat the joke to someone he doesn’t have the balls to say to a families face (which lets be real, a young guy isn’t going to be dead from the virus statistically, stop being a jackass).

I get that it’s a joke and I don’t have feelings towards that. It’s the decisions that the governor is making that keep being extremely poor that makes me upset during this conference.

what does he really have to add to the discussion

ratings.specifically from minority viewers.

they are trying to get people to watch. you get that by brining in a black and hispanic celebrity.
