There was a guy that brought up a great point about if the Evidence Room was Breached. If so every Pending Rape Case, Murder Case, Robbery etc will be tossed in court.

Yes. These people are not protesting George's murder. They are taking advantage of the situation to destroy evidence against themselves for other crimes.
