the COPS. there were two other cops pinning the guy down on the floor by kneeing his legs and kneeing his back. one of the asian cops (there are two asian cops btw) was standing around to make sure nobody would interfere.
Yeah that is a huge part of the problem. Cops should be able to call out to other cops to deescalate or check safety. Everything single one of them could see the knee on the neck and they did nothing about it.
