The only problem with that idea, and it gets tossed around a lot, is that if you ever do need to use your firearm in self-defense, you'll be in a mess when they find out it wasn't in a boating accident.

We'll play by the rules when Gov't plays by the rules.

If the situation is life-threatening, including the attacker having ALL 3 points:

  • Ability to cause bodily harm or death (has the means)
  • Opportunity to cause bodily harm or death (has the opportunity)
  • One's life is in Jeopardy (has intent)

I don't care where the gun came from, you defend yourself.

You have the RIGHT to Life (Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness)
