This is irrelevant to what happened.

I agree. No one is saying Floyd wasn’t a piece of shit before And/or during this situation, but cmon

There is no reason this should have happened. He did not have to die and it easily could have been prevented.

Does that make it okay for a law enforcement officer to become the jury and executioner?

He may be a piece of shit, but it is not up to the officer to decide his fate.

The officer didn't kill him, the crack did.

You have evidence of this or is it just an unsubstantiated claim?

Even if he was on crack, the officer went overboard. Is this how officers deal with crackheads in your town? I sure hope not.

I don't live in a shit hole with crack heads, but yes- I would hope that's how they treat repeat felon crack heads.

The officer did not go overboard.

And unsubstantiated claim? Can you not read the arrest record above, or do you not know what controlled substance he was being arrested for with under a gram?

I guess that’s just your opinion and you’re entitled to that

I just don’t want to live in a world where a law enforcement officer decides the fate of a criminal rather than the justice system. Whether people think it’s flawed or not, we have it for a reason. We’re a nation of laws and constitution

After having been restrained and arrested, the constitution grants him the right to a trial. The officer stripped him of that right. Whether intentional or accidental, the officer was in the wrong imo.

I guess we’ll just agree to disagree and see what happens.

The officer didn't. If a knee in the neck was that effective, it would be used in mma. It's not.

Remember that I called it when the toxicology report comes out.

No, the dude has multiple crack cocaine arrests.

That's the possession less than a gram that you see above.

I agree

However he stopped being a combatant when he was handcuffed and restrained and surrounded by officers.

My point still stands, the officer does not get to decide his fate. What’s the point of a justice system if we’re going to let officers become judge jury and executioner?

Bro he was handcuffed face down on the floor with a knee on his neck.

He couldn’t resist from that position even if he wanted to. Once he was restrained, he should have been put in a car and sent on his way.

I’m not arguing that Floyd was an angel, I’m saying he should not have died in this situation because it could have been easily prevented. He was restrained. He said he couldn’t breathe, onlookers said he couldn’t breathe. The officer or any of the 3 others should have been like “hey, he’s restrained let’s get him out of here”

Instead they were to stubborn for whatever reason to even CHECK to see if he could breathe. There’s no excuse for this man. Sorry if you can’t see that. This is the first instance out of many over the past few years where there is just no justification for what happened. Cops fuck up sometimes, it’s okay to admit that. No one is perfect.

Again, its irrelevant.

Someone being a shity person doesn't make murder ok you idiot. Do you not agree with your own President?

Not to mention his last arrest was almost a decade and a half ago..

Get outta here with this bullshit

It's exceptionally common because a knee on the back is an effective method of restraining someone without being dangerous.

Crack cocaine arrest in 1997.

Crack cocaine arrest in 2002.

Crack cocaine arrest in 2004.

Hey does anyone know if years of crack cocaine abuse is liable to cause a heart attack?

THEY KNEW EACH OTHER. THE COP AND FLOYD KNEW EACH OTHER! They worked security together. This is a fucking false flag. Stop being retarded. The boog is starting.
