The law, for all intents and purposes, specifically stated that those who broke the lockdown should be arrested. They WERE enforcing the law. That's my point. The lawmakers are the ones we should be going after.

Edicts are not laws. Laws are enacted by the legislature or developed by the courts. The purpose of the executive is to implement, not create, law. Just because an elected official days something does not make it a law. Otherwise this is just a monarchy.
