If we all were democrats, our argument would be different.

We would scream that mail-ballots have not been determined to not have a racial impact, and, therefore must be enjoined.

If we were democrats, we would have already gotten the courts to stop all mail in programs....maybe nationwide from some federal judge in Hawaii.
