Yeah it is hard to see these sort of letters as anything more than a pacification psyop at this point because real and effective action is so sparse. I've seen too many decades of political soap-boxing grand-standing do-nothing while this country continues to veer left into a control dystopia. The America of my youth is long gone and most of the people on this board have never actually experienced a free America so they don't realize the magnitude of what has been lost. You can show folks pictures of days gone by but it is hard to explain the sensation of freedom we once had. It's so much worth fighting for. That it hasn't begun tells me that a true sensation of freedom is mostly unknown.

We are naive to expect government to fix government. It's why we have guns, the question is do we still have the spirit.
Even if we have the spirit, will those patriots be willing to step aside when the truly hard decisions need to be made about our future.
