I've often thought that situations like this provide a perfect opportunity for a serial killer to add to their body count, with little to no risk.

Of course, so does any random Saturday night in places like Chicago, Baltimore, Flint, Gary, St. Louis, New Orleans, etc. Makes you wonder just how many serial killers are out there, hunting.
