What % of the rioters in Minneapolis are antifa? What % are Somali? I seriously doubt we have such data. I wouldn't doubt it if Soros paid (relatively few) antifa members to start the crime, and (lots of) others joined in. But I don't think we have info like that either. If this was JUST an antifa mob, I'd want to be heavier handed with this. The racial element makes this more of a powder keg, and it would be nice if that didn't blow sky high Nation wide.

I question if the best way to handle this wouldn't be to use the NG to block the rioters into their own neighborhoods that are already destroyed, and let them kill each other until they get it out of their system. I feel very strongly we should NOT give any federal funds to rebuilding this area. The Mayor and Governor want to do everything in their power to make this as bad as possible? Let them fix it.
Apparently what's happening is curfew starting at 8PM (20 minutes from now) and NG guarding firetrucks so they can at least contain the damage even if it's too late to save any burning buildings. This seems reasonable to me, if it works.
If people defy curfew and get shot by NG this explodes and while normally I give 0 fucks about reeeing orangemandbad this potentially bankrupts the US AND loses the election. Pretty serious shit. Also entirely other from your strawman.
