They are far-left terrorists egging on the people in the community.

There may have been a protest or two by the family members of the person involved but they were not planning to riot.

Until far-left elements went to the area and started smashing windows and burning buildings down. If the police actually started to arrest these people the trouble will be gone in one day as the far left ring leaders would be exposed and their parents would be dragged in.
