This was so much nothing. Everyone already knew we were leaving the WHO, or at least massively defunding. HK is now going to be in the hands of mainland China. Not even additional sanctions or tarriffs. I don't like the possibility of going to war, but this is such a backpedal.
Edit: We are also going to be revoking visas for some Chinese students. Thats like 1/100th of the F1s. While student debt and unemployment is at all time highs. FFS just rip the bandaid and gut the program.
