What’s the best Twitter alternative? Some are saying Gab and others say Parler? Bongino pushes Parler (they are and advertiser tho), but a couple of the Trump kids have accounts there, so that seems more likely to be a potential backup plan if necessary. Currently the only thing I do one twitter is look at Trump tweets and troll likely bots in the comment section.
They did just say 230,000 new people in last 24 hours. May be a delay or gmail is dumping them into spam filter. I just like using them since it doesn't give me that dirty feeling that twitter does.
Idk why but Dissenter does jack shit for me. It says it blocks ads but it doesnt. I actually get LONGER ads using dissenter on YouTube. Like 3 minute unskippable ads.... Its unusable
Yes, thanks for setting the record straight, I didn’t mean that as a knock to him or Parler. Just heard him push it on a recent show and then he issued the disclaimer that they are an advertiser but he was also pushing it before they became one, just as you said, due to some Twitter controversy he had back in 2018.
Are you in P.R. or marketing? Cause that makes perfect sense. It’d send a flood of real people who care about stuff (and maybe some of the bullshit artists who see through the veil and want to stay relevant), plus it’d also cause a firestorm on Twitter. Idk how to feel about this in general from a principle standpoint, but Trump could very easily put Twitter out of business if he wanted, and considering how they’re acting I wouldn’t shed a tear about that. Take t_d leaving Reddit and how that site’s gone to hell and multiply it by at least 20 on an arguably smaller platform. It’d be amazing to watch, and my boy Jeff Teidrich and the gang couldn’t make their measly $180/mo on Patreon. I wouldn’t be tired of winning at that point, but I could be slightly winded lol.

Go with Gab since they also have Dissenter. Dissenter let's you comment on any web page, such as a YouTube video where comments are turned off.
Plus when you dissent a page you have the option of also posting it to your Gab.
