What confuses me is the video of Floyd being walked in handcuffs. It doesn't show this officer and Floyd seems to be complying. How did he end up with a knee on his neck for 8 minutes, while handcuffed?

I think if you have a knee on your neck long enough and you have medical issues, you're probably going to suffer more than someone who doesn't have medical issues.
