They are not subject to FOIA because they are part of the criminal investigation run by Durham. You do not release your evidence before you are ready to do so. If you actually want something to happen, you have to let them build a case and a successful case requires absolute secrecy until it is ready to emerge. Wray is doing his job. He has no declass authority. Those who expect to see 'happening' before all the investigative work is done are fools.

I have done several FOIAs and even took some training classes on it,and you are correct. They are exempt under Exemption 7.

Anything that is "blacked out" in a FOIA response is supposed to be coded with the specific FOIA exemption. Exemption 7 is covered here: https://www.justice.gov/oip/foia-guide-2004-edition-exemption-7

I'm getting tired of all the shills and children that are crying about "no arrests have happened", "wake me up when arrests happen" etc etc. What these idiots don't realize, is that it takes YEARS to bring down criminal enterprises. Something leads me to think that taking down a criminal enterprise that has been in power for the past 40 years, in the highest levels of government, will take more than 3 years to prosecute. This is the result of an instant gratification generation

I hope the plan is to have them go to the gallows the day on Trump's last day in office.

He'll hand over the keys and walk off into the sunset in a brand new, squeaky clean America.

Time to escort Mr Wray to the lobby and change the locks.

Wray is going to find himself sharing a prison cell with Comey

Nope. He is quietly doing his job and not fucking over an active investigation with early releases of evidence.

When the old T_D /reddit was pumping out "Christopher Wray confirmed" memes (wray with god eyes) I was like why are we celebrating this guy? My Immediate research showed he was buddies with deep state Comey. I got downvoted to HELL for pointing this out. Kinda pisses me off because look and behold I was CORRECT.

They were never "lovers". It is now obvious it was just cover to keep their more treasonous messages under wraps.
