First people are just randomly sweeping at what looks like a bunch of nothing... Like they are pushing a broom as an extra in the background of a movie shoot.
Second, who would bring small children there? Like wtf?
And third, the firefighters are wearing their full fire fighting gear.. Ok I get it there may still be some embers or whatever in that building, however they are letting volunteers work wearing no PPE whatsoever within a couple feet of that dangerous area.. No way that would be allowed to happen if it really was dangerous.. And if not why the full gear?
This while video just looks like a movie shoot to me. Not saying the destruction isn't real but something just seems really wonky here.
If you're a landlord of that building and you get your insurance check, you are NOT rebuilding that building (and you probably couldn't anyway because of code.)
You are going to take that money and build something in another part of town or another city or you're putting it into the market.
Those stores are gone and they won't be able to afford the rent in the place that replaces them...if one gets built at all.
