I would rejoice if the police commissioner sends an entire precinct to the mayor's office and arrests him. for once cops need to stand up and mutiny if their superiors will not help them, will not let them do their job and intend on scolding and berating them
The NYPD publicly declared war on de blasio a few months back. Eventually their animosity towards each other will hit a point of no return. And it will be glorious.
The only way to stop these riots from completely getting out of hand is to make arrests. Just look at what the hands off approach of Minneapolis has done to that city.
Dropping F-bombs. It's on. Probably not a good idea to piss of your city's law enforcement officers. Soft policing would send NYC back to the 70's and 80's.
