Yeah I'm just wondering how this standoff gets resolved. It's a classic: two co-equal branches. I don't see why SCOTUS took it after POTUS said Churches are essential. Even if the case was already on the docket they could've dropped it and moved on. Seems to me like there's no case left after POTUS drops his hammer.
