The solution is largely going to come from within the Black community, specifically the young black community, with leaders like Candace Owens and CJ Pearson. There is an epidemic of violence and glorification of violence, especially with young black people, and its creating an unvirtuous cycle of more violence and more policing. I empathize with the cause of ending police brutality and it needs to come in tandem with efforts to lift up young african americans and have them seek dignified careers and lives instead of resorting to other means to make a living. I think the best things you can do as an ally are to help provide tutoring, job training or if you have them, opportunities to youth coming from these types of situations and do everything you can to help break the cycle.
Now this is exactly what we need more of!

This needs to be shared everywhere.
