Getting over the fence unchallenged is one thing (assuming by some absurd circumstance you get past the secret service on the streets). But desperately scrambling to climb back out again when you've got a self-launching fur missile buried halfway up your ass is another thing entirely!
No there's SS armed with stingers and anti drone shit. There's no way in hell a delta guy with all that training and operational capability is getting parked on a roof somewhere as a duty station. It's just not the way it works
