one thing we know for sure is a guy stepped on another guy's neck with his knee for 8 minutes while the guy was saying i cant breathe i'm gonna die. nothing can take that away.

and honestly, if he had a heart attack in the car and saw that and his response was to take the guy out of the car and then step on his neck with his knee... does that make it fucking better? no, it actually... does the opposite. it actually MAKES IT WORSE. lets say it wasn't a heart attack or just the the cop had no idea what was going on but saw some kind of medical issue. then he steps on the guy's neck.

i mean, putting your knee on a dude's neck and killing him is never ok. but doing it after you saw he had some kind, any kind, of medical thing going on, that actually makes it worse. so i don't know what the point of you people asking to 'lets see the facts' are thinking here. if signs of him having had something else going on come out, and the cop knew and saw it first hand and still did what he did, that doesn't let him off the hook. it makes what he did even worse, which is pretty god damn incredible of a thing to say but it's true. it was already bad enough but these 'facts', if they exist, only make what he did WORSE. you don't aid someone with a medical event by fucking killing them bro.

When people freak out the recommendation is to restrain facedown, least that what a nurse I know told me.

Apparently knee on back is allowed by police?

I agree it was a horrible way to die. I think it changes the dynamic tho from cop murders guy on purpose to cop tries to help guy and accidentally kills him.

knee on neck for several minutes after a guy begs to be allowed to breathe and even dies is not fucking protocol. stop.

He was saying he could not breath inside the police car without any knee on him.

dude you need to seriously just stop. you're trying to argue with me that putting your knee on the back of someone's neck is actually a form of medical fucking treatment that was being administered by this cop or something? the emts just showed up and they rolled him over like a slab of beef, barely even checking him out, and just hauled him off to the slab. it's like everyone involved just knew the guy was dead. they didn't try to do anything. the cop just sat on his neck for 8 minutes. and you're seriously trying to suggest the idea was somehow to save him. are you fucking kidding me!?

they were not emts they were cops who took him away

how do you hold a guy down who is freaking out?

russianbot4673 1 point ago +1 / -0

not by fucking murdering them. i mean i guess in a fucked up way maybe you're right. assuming the guy really was 'freaking out' (no idea where you're even getting this from), he sure did stop him from freaking out. permanently.

I think an article mentioned anxiety freak out.

It was horrible.

Keep an open mind.

man i gotta say, you're kind of disgusting me. you're literally trying to suggest that what we saw in that video where the cop murdered the US citizen over the course of several minutes while the guy was literally begging for his life and saying he can't breathe and even people in the crowd were pointing it out to the cop and all he did was just say nothing and change nothing about what he was doing, you're seriously trying to suggest that what we were looking at was actually the cop attempting to help that guy? maybe you need to go look in the mirror for a while and ask if you have any integrity.

i don't agree with the riots or the fact that the media blows up the rare cases where a cop unjustly kills a black person but ignores the cases where a white person is unjustly killed (like all the swat, no-knocks). or the cases where a cop defends themselves against a black attacker and they lie and say it wasn't justified when it actually was. but this aint that. yeah what the rioters are doing is as bad or worse. but this guy murdered this guy. and you can see it on camera. and it's just as wrong as it would've been had he been a white guy. no knocks should be outlawed and cops shouldn't be killing people except to stop an attack. this should never have happened, even with there being thousands of cops across the country. EIGHT MINUTES. 'i cant breathe'. that's just fucking insane and there's no justifying it or rationalizing it away.

Please tell me how to hold someone face down?

Did they fuck up yes, was it murder no.

If the guy could yell I can't breathe then he could obviously breathe.

The autopsy revealed no asphyxiation.

Acting like a jerk and mixing it with modern racial politics might earn you a murder conviction . . . guilty or not.
