I don't doubt it. It's the organizers who are from out of state. They're pros and very good at avoiding getting arrested, while not giving a crap how many of their useful idiots get arrested. That's the whole scheme: send in a crew of professional organizers from out of state, to recruit thousands of useful idiots from the local population, have the useful idiots loot and burn down their own neighborhoods and get arrested, while the professional organizers move on to the next city.
