I had to explain to so many people what a contract was regarding Kaepernick. It says in his contract that if he on the field when the anthem plays he must stand with his hand over his heart. If you violate a contract, it can be declared null and void. I used to do catering and my boss told me the contract is the most important thing and it if says food must be ready to serve by 4:30 and it is 4:31 and you are not ready for whatever reason you are in violation of your contract and they don't have to pay you. He should have been punished for violating his contract.
