It is almost impossible to serve any real time for anything especially illegal drug use. They give out drug court and diversion programs, and even sometimes a small fine at most like its fucking nothing. In fact I’ve seen defendants that were obviously dealers get on the drug court program because their attorney was able to get them a deal. It’s a fucking joke.
