As a former military officer who commanded hundreds I can tell you what she tweeted was confidential.
No wonder you're former. Doesn't have any schedules, doesn't have routes, doesn't have any locations. It is not confidential that the national guard is from all over the state and it takes more than a few hours to meet up and deploy. You can literally read about it on publically available websites for stuff like FEMA.
