They're mass murderers, and need to stand trial for it. Citizen’s arrest is legal when we stop a felony in progress. You can tell if your Governor is a mass murderer by comparing the rate of dead to total cases to those same numbers in SD, where medicine isn't denied to the sick. Plus on medicine most people are virus-free in 6 days which would've brought the crisis to a screeching halt by 4/15.
