Those are ROE. Subdued, cuffed, and detained I agree 100%.

All the talk of "shot on sight," no. As much as we've invested in non-lethal means of crowd control, we should use it. We don't need a repeat of Kent State.

Karens are tweeting that DJT will "use dogs and bullets" when this is about abuse of power to begin with. Perfect time to prove those idiots wrong.
